Hotel Classensis’ restaurant seats sixty in the main dining room. Its elegant, understated furnishings are accented by large-format prints of a number of famous mosaics, including the blessed Daria, chosen from among the twelve located in the Basilica di Sant’Apollinare in Classe, once annexed to the Hotel itself.

Among our specialties, we recommend you try strozzapreti, a homemade pasta served with Mora guanciale and stewed shallots. Terrific when served in broth as well. We offer a delectable charcuterie board with local cheeses and meats, including Romagnolo salami, strolghino, and culatello.
